You are the face of the brand when guests walk in — date nights, celebrations, stress relief, and everything in between. Your energy, professionalism, and leadership set the tone.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the on-site team and keep operations running smoothly
• Manage guest flow: check-ins, safety briefings, and room resets
• Maintain a 5-star customer experience with positive, professional energy
• Keep cleaning, inventory, and room prep moving on schedule
• Step in and help physically when needed (resets, cleaning, prep)

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable leading people and staying calm during busy times
• Great with customers — upbeat, professional, and steady
• Reliable and consistent with weekend availability
• Can handle physical work, including lifting 50+ lbs
• Shows initiative and follows systems consistently

Schedule & Growth

• Primary shifts: Friday & Saturday (open to close)
• Additional shifts may be available depending on scheduling needs
• Opportunity for more hours and higher pay as the business expands
