Smash ’N Dash Rage Room • Resaca, GA

Smash ’N Dash has always been a family-run business. As our daughter focuses more on her studies, we need to bring someone onto the team who can work alongside us and help support the business during busy weekends.

This position begins as a team member role where you will work directly with us, learn how the business operates, and eventually be trained to help manage operations when we are away or on vacation.

We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and positive with customers who can learn the systems that keep Smash ’N Dash running smoothly.

Schedule

Primary shift: Saturdays
Hours: Approximately 12:00 PM – 8:00/9:00 PM depending on bookings
Additional opportunities for hours may become available after training

Pay & Growth

$10/hour starting pay during training
Up to $12/hour once trained into a management-support role
Monthly bonuses may be available
Raises and additional opportunities possible for the right candidate

What You’ll Do

Assist with guest check-ins and safety briefings
Help reset rage rooms and prepare spaces for the next group
Maintain a positive and professional guest experience
Assist with cleaning, organization, and inventory
Learn the booking system and operational processes

Requirements

Must be dependable and punctual
Comfortable working with customers in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Background checks will be conducted
