This is a leadership role, not a “hang out and collect a paycheck” job.

You are the face of the brand the moment guests walk in. People come here for date nights, birthdays, stress relief, and sometimes to work through real-life situations. Your energy, composure, and attitude set the tone.

We are the #1 rated rage room in the Southeast. We expect the experience to match that reputation every single time.

Pay & Growth

$10/hr — Month 1 (hands-on training)
$12/hr — After first month
$15/hr — Running the location independently

Monthly performance bonuses available. Strong leaders earn more responsibility and more hours as the business grows.

Schedule Expectations

Friday & Saturday — open to close
Additional shifts may be available
You will run the location during owner vacations

Friday and Saturday reliability is needed.

You lead from the front.

Control the flow of bookings and guests
Direct staff and keep momentum high
Jump into resets, cleaning, and prep when needed
Stay calm and decisive during peak traffic
Deliver a 5-star experience no matter what walks through the door

Lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work
Professional, positive, and composed with guests
Personal drama stays outside the building
Take initiative without hand-holding
Follow systems and standards — every time
