Rage Room Experience Host

Smash ’N Dash Rage Room • Resaca, GA

We are looking for a Rage Room Experience Host to help support our team during busy shifts. This role includes guest support, room resets, cleaning, restocking, and helping keep the Smash ’N Dash experience running smoothly from start to finish.

This is a hands-on position. It is not just a front desk role, and it is not just a cleaning role. You will help with customers, room prep, rage room resets, cleanup, and team support during busy booking times.

We need someone dependable, positive with guests, willing to work hard, and able to keep moving when the schedule gets busy.

Schedule

Primary shifts needed now: Saturdays and Sundays
Saturday hours: Approximately 12:00 PM – 8:00/9:00 PM depending on bookings
Sunday hours: Based on bookings and business needs
Additional hours in August: Wednesday and Thursday shifts will become available once our daughter leaves for college
Additional shifts may open up when we need coverage, are out of town, or have heavier booking days
More opportunities may become available after training

Pay & Growth

Starting pay is $10/hour
Opportunity to earn more as responsibilities increase
Potential for bonuses, raises, and additional hours for the right person
This is not currently a manager position, but the right person can grow into more responsibility over time

What You’ll Do

Help greet guests and support check-ins
Assist with basic safety instructions and guest flow
Reset rage rooms quickly and efficiently between bookings
Sweep, clean, and clear broken items after sessions
Restock smash items, crates, glass, canvases, paint, and gear
Help keep bookings moving on schedule
Clean and organize rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and party areas as needed
Support Rage & Paint, rage room, and group bookings
Jump in wherever needed during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

Dependable and punctual
Comfortable working with customers
Positive, professional, and steady during busy shifts
Comfortable with physical work and fast room turnovers
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
Willing to follow systems and take direction
Not afraid of cleaning, broken glass, loud rooms, or hard work

Important Requirements

Must be available most Saturdays and Sundays
Wednesday and Thursday availability starting in August is a plus
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Background checks may be conducted before hiring
This position involves working around broken glass, smashed items, safety gear, and active guest sessions
